1. Service. HearthSwap is a free platform that lets hosts and travelers find each other. We are not a party to any exchange and do not employ hosts or travelers.
2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older.
3. No payments. Hosts may not charge travelers any fee; exchanges must not replace paid employment or violate labour or immigration law.
4. Your content. You are responsible for accurate listings, profiles and messages. Prohibited: illegal, discriminatory, sexual, hateful or misleading content, spam and scams.
5. Safety. You arrange exchanges at your own risk. Read our Safety page.
6. Moderation. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms.
7. Liability. The service is provided “as is” without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
